I successfully refinanced my FHA loan on my condo with Jim and based on my experience I would gladly recommend him to family and friends. I wanted to convert my FHA to a conventional loan and since my LTV ratio was not very large to begin with and market being the way it is, it required a lot of patience watching both the market and the interest rates. We refinanced 5 properties with Jim and three of these properties were rentals. A prior mortgage broker who charged us thousands for doing a refi on our home told us that it was impossible to do refis on rentals Not so. Jim was able to find programs and lenders for each property and reduced our payments in total by $1400 per month. Jim Clark has been an invaluable asset. I first met Jim when he was referred by a friend when I bought my first home in 2005. As a first-time home buyer, the entire mortgage process was overwhelming and Jim took the time to sit down and explain each step in a way that made sense to me.

Over the next several years, he kept in touch and called when there was an opportunity to refinance and lower my monthly payment. Three times we refinanced and it didn't cost me a dime! Most outstanding.

After getting married and then pregnant, it was time to upgrade to a bigger home. My husband and I enlisted the help of a local realtor to sell our house, but soon realized that most of what she said didn't make a whole lot of sense. Jim was kind enough to translate much of the legal paperwork for us and after 3 months, we terminated our contract with her.
